Vinexpo Bordeaux - the essentials

• Vinexpo Bordeaux, the biennial international wine and spirits fair will be opening its doors this year on May 13th for the four day event.   
• The organisers have also announced inaugural events to be held in key markets including Shanghai in October 2019, Paris in January 2020 and New York.   
• Key attractions at the Bordeaux fair include the Wow! World of Organic Wine, offeing a selection of international organic and biodynamic wines and spirits to taste.   
• There will also be a restaurant serving up 100% organic dishes to complement the organic wines.  
• Vinexpo’s symposium will be dedicated to global warming and how climate change is impacting on the wine business, in association with the Conseil régional de Nouvelle-Aquitaine on 14 May.  
• Another new initiative is Les Diners du Palais being held on Monday 13 and Tuesday 14 May. Exhibitors will be able to invite guests to the Palais de la Bourse where their own wines will be served as they dine, paired with a menu designed by a Michelin-starred chef.
